We love the flow but when our flow ebbs, when it changes that is, it can feel so scary and threatening. Just when we found our comfortable little groove in the leg of the road, woosh, it moves again. Fears can creep in and all the what ifs. It can get bumpy and gritty, yes, there is turbulence, but all the while we don’t see how somehow someway, that ebb ultimately leads us to a better flow, a longer lasting harmony in being able to ride the tide in its ebbs too.
