A Manille, le 15 septembre. Le super typhon Mangkhut a touché tôt, samedi matin, le nord des Philippines, frappé par des vents atteignant les 330 km/h et des pluies torrentielles menaçant plusieurs millions d’habitants, selon les services météo.
