‘Dreaming is a positive act,’ @マッシモ・ジョルジェッティー told us backstage after a show exploring the state in between sleep and wake, a magical world of the mind. ‘We have to learn to dream together.’ Sometimes the @エムエスジーエム iteration of the perfect dream-state was literal, like the lovely cardigan with SOGNARE INSIEME scripted on it. Sometimes it floated through the ether, through the words of Depeche Mode’s Dream On. Sometimes it found its emblem in nature, in cut-up florals inspired by artists Peter Fischli and David Weiss. Cleverly, dreams were invoked by the invite, a single Vitamin B pill to assist sleep. In somnolent states, beauty resided. For a moment, dreams felt real.
