What's your favorite childhood cereal ?! ?
I call this breakfast - Adulting done right ✅
Bringing my childhood favorites into the kitchen for breakfast. Make your protein pancakes with your cereal of choice mixed in and topped off. Yesterday morning I used my @1stphorm Ice cream sandwich and Frosted Flakes for Kyler and for meeeee I loveeee Peanut butter crunch (fun fact, I pretty much lived on Peanut butter crunch when I was preg with Ky. One of the few things I could keep down) ??‍♀️ I may or may not have added dark chocolate chips as well. ? Ingredients for basic protein pancakes ?
1 scoop protein powder ( @1stphorm always ?) ?
2 teaspoons egg replacement ?
1 tbl spoon Ground flaxseed ?
1/3 cup oat flour ?
1 tbl spoon almond milk (I use choc almond milk for my choc pancakes) ?
1/8 tsp baking powder ?
Dash of vanilla extract for extra sweetness . .
