It’s @kalaniminihan here closing out this week’s #takeovertuesday by sharing the roots of why I first became a photographer, for memories. I can look back at a photo and be able to feel what I felt at that moment. There’s no better feeling than to be able to see so many other people be inspired and share my photos. A quote that I always rewind in the back of my head when I’m doing what I love is this by Andy Warhol; “The idea is not to live forever, but to create something that will.” Word by word, that’s what I feel and what inspires me and I hope that can inspire you. With that being said I’ve got a good feeling about this upcoming surf season and I’m psyched to create something new, I’m ready, are you?
