Like so many people, I don’t know how to handle what’s happening in our government right now. I feel paralyzed. And physically ill. I want to post something that feels uplifting, but it feels dishonest right now. Every time I think our country can’t go lower, it does. All I can think right now is how important it is to check in on each other, support those who are dealing with trauma and reliving trauma and to take care of our community. Whatever you are feeling, please find someone to help you through this moment (I am here if I can help in any way). If you are someone who can be that support for someone else, please reach out and be that person.
