Seems like everybody is interested in Miso. So here is the recipe of delicious Miso-marinated grilled salmon using our Steam Grill and Miso Muddler. Use the muddler to make the sauce, and use the pan to grill the salmon to the perfection ✨
1️⃣Marinate salmon fillets with miso (Japanese beans paste), soy sauce and mirin (or Japanese sake).
2️⃣Preheat the grill for 3 minutes over medium heat.
3️⃣Spread sesame oil on the grill and grill the fillets until golden blown for about 3 minutes, covered.
4️⃣Flip over, add water in the water pocket and steam for 4 minutes, covered.
