Check out @gennarocontaldo Instagram feed it’s amazing so many cool foraging pictures ...Look what I found growing round a tree stump in my garden in Norfolk. Honey fungus (Armillaria) And I made some lovely tagliatelle to have with them. To eat them, blanch them for about 5 minutes first, drain them, then sauté or use them how you prefer. They are delicious pickled! Please beware when foraging for wild mushrooms and make sure they are safe and edible. #honeyfungus #wildmushrooms
