And ✨ LASTLY - I just wanted to say thank you to all of you! Thank you for allowing me to be a source of motivation for you. My favorite thing ever is to hear you guys speak about what I've been able to help you with, whether it be motivation for your fitness journey or just life in general. You guys don't know how much it means to me! I only hope that I can continue to help push you when you feel like giving up, to mentor you when you need a little guidance and to make you laugh when you're feeling down!! If you're reading things I hope you come face to face with your potential. Train hard, make no excuses and really give the rest of this year your all. When times get hard tell your self - Remember that person that gave up? Well neither goes anyone else! I love my job from the deepest part of my heart! ILU and THANK YOU! - P ?
