コンドミニアムでの照明の追加
ホノルルのコンドミニアムのほとんどの建築がポストテンションと呼ばれる工法で、お部屋の天井に穴をあけたり電気工事を行うことが許されません。
一般的にお部屋の照明が足りなく暗いので、ヴェンタス社でお勧めしているのが、クラウンモールディングの中に照明を入れてしまう方法です。
デザインと電気関係の知識が必要ですが、お部屋全体の明るさが大きくかわります。年齢が上がってくると光度も上げないと安全性が確保できません。
見た目も勿論綺麗でエレガント！
Lighting for Condominium Rooms
Most of the recent condominiums in Honolulu is made with the construction method called Post-Tension Construction. That does not allow any changes in ceiling.
Generally new condominium rooms lack of lighting and Ventus recommends to add linear lighting fixture in crown moldings.
It requires a knowledge in design and in electrical/technical field. It helps to add ambience lightings in the rooms. As you get into senior age, we need more light and need light for safety.
