The feels of being home!😍♥️ finally able to eat my own breakfast again @womensbest✨✌🏼 Supplements are not mandatory in your fitness journey, but it makes it so so much more convenient😳😍 I can’t live without it🤷🏻‍♀️ Like me... with my stupid ass I forgot my protein powder and what happens, in a foreign country I never reach my protein intake😩 results: yes I lost some muscle.
