The Tale of the @veggiegrill Run! I’m flying from #stlouis to #vancouver today and I had a layover in #chicago. @veggiegrill has 2 locations in Chicago so I thought about trying to cab it over, chow down and get back during my 90 min wait for the next flight. The locals said I couldn’t make it on my own with all the traffic, so I lit the (Low) Fat Signal and asked the good folks of the Windy City if anyone wanted to make a #veggiegrill Run for me and deliver it to the airport. Enter our story’s hero @im_alex_smith! Alex and @emilee.3d answered the call and made the #VeggieGrillRun from the VG location in #theloop to #ohareairport in time for me to enjoy a little piece of home right here in Chicago! And I made my flight to boot, sated by a belly fulla plant-based goodness! We took pics and I paid Alex (who showed up in a Mooby’s smock from Clerks II) for services rendered.
