Take some time for a few dance moves in between & keep your workout fun. ???

These 3 exercises as a circuit are not for the faint of heart..but if you’re feeling a lil “extra” go for it!

My workout today consisted of stairs as always (love em for my headspace) and then just these 3 moves in a circuit. #FeelingIt
.
Repeat 4 times thru. .
Squats: 6 Reps
.
Lunges: 4-5 Reps Each Leg
.
Bosu jump squats: 8 Reps
.
I used 120lbs on the smith machine. Do what feels heavy enough to make those reps hard to finish.
