I just finished putting together the workouts for this weekend’s @districtfitwpb classses on Saturday!
District Fit is being held at the @hiltonwestpalmbeach And @cityplace West Palm Beach and is a 3 day fitness and wellness festival that focuses on mindful movement, intentional physical fitness, and living a health conscious lifestyle.
You’ll get access to fitness classes, wellness seminars, and nutrition talks to experience fitness for what it really is: HOLISTIC!?

Entrance is donation based so you give what you can in support of the #realmenwearpink Campaign.?
There are limited spots available for the 11am class and the 7pm one is about half full.
Women and men are welcome to this event!
