I had a wonderful time on Friday night at the #babyball2018 with my beautiful date @カテリーナ・スコーソン ! Baby Ball raises money for an amazing organization called @adopttogether . It uses a crowdfunding method to help families raise the money they need to complete their adoption process (which can be prohibitively expensive). The statistics surrounding children in need of stable loving homes both in our country and abroad are staggering. The cost of adopting is mind blowing and the truth is, many families would like to adopt but don’t have the resources to pay for the adoption process. I love @adopttogether because it allows an entire community to participate in welcoming a child into family. It takes a village to raise a child, and I love that this organization utilizes the village to start that process. It was a beautiful and moving evening especially because I got to spend it with @カテリーナ・スコーソン !
