Here I am onstage at the recent @bodyconfidencelive event in Manchester with one of the gorgeous organisers Lindsay.
Body image, body confidence, self image and self worth are things that we are struggling with more and more on a daily basis. As women and as men. I frequently have to give myself a talking to, or take a moment to myself to stop tears from falling when I read a nasty article or have to physically force myself not to compare myself to others on Instagram- and it’s ridiculous! We are too hard on ourselves and need to show ourselves some love and kindness ?

But it’s tough and I understand that. If you feel like you need a little point in the right direction why don’t you come and meet me, the lovely @ファーン・マッキャン, and some incredibly brave and influential people and hear them talk about their experiences with body confidence and hopefully spread some love and positivity?!
