17 brought me more joy, pain, victory, and defeat than I've ever known. It's really hard to believe how much I've grown and changed in just one year, which seems like an eternity yet simultaneously flickers by in the blink of an eye. I'm determined not to let time slip by without my pursuit of self-betterment making a difference every day. A difference in not just my life, but hopefully the lives of people around the world. Maybe not today, but one day. Believe.

At 4PM EST today, I turned 18. Although only one day older, I feel a lot more of the world falling on my shoulders; yet at the same time it is uplifting. Part of that is the love and support I have received from you guys today, and for that I am so grateful. Thank you so much for the birthday wishes, and let's journey together into a new year!
