A glamorous evening closure to this week’s Women’s Leadership Conference. There were so many moving take aways that I look forward to let soak in and to reflect upon. One point that stuck was the importance of identifying and cultivating your True North; the people that inspire you to be the best version of yourself; who genuinely support who you are as a person, and who challenge you to push your inner potential.
This year I applied to the Women Athletes Business Network program to develop my professional skills beyond climbing. Learning from female leaders in science, technology, business, sports, medicine, and fashion has been an informative part of my personal growth. I feel so grateful for this International Women in Business Network family. -
