The craving for all things SPICY is real when I came back on the consecutive night for this SPICY TORI PAITAN RAMEN after having the Matcha Ramen. Specially asked for the spiciest as I’ve read reviews that it tasted more tomato than spicy. And woohoo~~ this was SO SHIOK! ?????It’s very sour and satisfyingly spicy at the same time. The chef probably recognized the same weird customer who asked for 唐辛子 and added more of the sambal-like paste in between the slice of lemon. This was so much better than the matcha one and I’m aiming for the A5 Wagyu beef next ?Mensho San Francisco
