@DilaraFindikoglu's spooky Spring 2019 presentation was held in an 18th century Huguenot home in East London, providing the perfect backdrop for the brand of bewitchingly sorceress excess. As Findikoglu explains, the collection was rooted in conflicts: “between good and evil, sinful and innocent, natural and synthetic, provocation and modesty, Istanbul and London, past and present . . .” The collection spanned seven themed rooms, each representing conflicts ranging ranging from sociopolitical topics to personally specific topics of conflict to Findikoglu.
