One more post giving vets credit. This is a room clearing. (Of course @florent.groberg and @carsenaoz are V CALM) So now, I guess imagine that scenario with bombs going off, 0 visibility, people actually in the room, 120 degrees and people depending on you. Oh, and you have to aim. And you’re being shot at. And you’re probably hungry. And have a rock in your shoe. Our military trains people to do all of this, calmly. When you visit bases they show you a small part of their training, I think to give a bit of perspective. movie. This wasn’t even close to real and it was still very hard for someone untrained like me. Our soldiers are highly trained in a way that you or I could probably never handle. I thank them for putting themselves through that for us. Now, if it turns out high pitched bird shrieks are what kills ISIS, I’ll be there, ready to serve. Ready to bird serve. ?? #veteransday
