Quel honneur et quel bonheur d’avoir eu l’opportunité de partager avec tous ceux venus hier au #forumzenelle du magazine @ellefr ... Bel échange à propos di #yoga... cette pratique qui a changé ma vie... qui m’a aidé à faire le choix de changer de métier... qui m’a aidé à trouver la force, le courage , la confiance pour me lancer dans le projet de création de @kshantiyoga , de devenir une entrepreneuse quand je ne savais même pas par où commencer... l’importance de manifester nos rêves , de remplir d’intention nos actions... partager sur ces outils extraordinaires qui sont là pour nous, pour nous aider à mieux vivre... happy and honored for the opportunity to share with all those who came to @ellefr Forum Zen to discuss and share about yoga, this beautiful practice that has and keeps changing and feeding my life in so many ways.. share about all these tools that we have to help us live a better life... how yoga has an incredible power of transformation... how it helped me found the trust, the courage and the strength to start @kshantiyoga my yoga studio in Paris... blessed to have been with all of!
