Life... oh life... with the ups and downs and everything in between... thoughts and emotions rise to the surface... it is so easy to let ourselves get caught up in all this thoughts and feelings and think that we Are all of what which comes to our minds... I Am Sad, I Am Angry.. and it’s kind of normal to go there... but just a little reminder that you are not what you feel, you may be feeling sad but that does not make you a sad person .. felling angry but you are not an angry person or an anxious person... we have the choice to feed or not these thoughts and feelings.. choose which feelings and thoughts you want to feed, you have the choice... You, no one else but You... and I choose happiness, I choose lightness, I choose love.
