Finally squatting more than I am Clean & Jerk-ing again ??? yassss! 97 & 100kg/220lbs Front Squat and some Snatch Deadlifts from deficit at 106kg/133lbs. I am working without a belt on all of my strength work to really work on an active core through the push out of the bottom of the squat - that is where my hip flexor injury would hurt the most and i have been working hard on engaging my abs as much as possible to make sure everything is firing in sync. On the up and up! Back to ATL now ✈️ ——
