Allow me to introduce you to my tiniest angel (remote for scale), Nellie. Yesterday I adopted her from? @truenorthrescuemission ? I’ve wanted a Cavalier King Charles for as long as I can remember but once I educated myself on buying dogs vs rescuing dogs that wish went right out the window. You can imagine my shock (and extreme happiness/tears) when I saw her on @meet_the_fosters_nyc page, who took incredible care of her while living in NYC. I knew I had to adopt her instantly. I begged @truenorthrescuemission for weeks to consider me even though I was on the west coast. ? I wasn’t planning on rescuing another babe right away but since 3 is my favorite number, plus @andsometimesgeorge + #oliveinparticular begged me for another sibling, WE WENT FOR IT.
