The life of young kingfishers is really challenging: they have to take care of themselves just a few days after leaving the nest. Obviously, this was the first morning over the steamy water that they had been waiting their parents in a vain. They did not return with #fish to feed them, so they had to leave to hunt and #survive. Taken only about 50 miles from my residency in #Hungary. No need to travel far away for fantastic experience.Travel less, discover your backyard, reduce your ecological footprint!
