It is surrounded on all sides by museums, restaurants, gardens, and more. It is particularly busy on Food Truck Fridays where a line of seemingly endless food vendors fill the park. Looking closely, you might see some of the live entertainment including the "Young Lions" a local group of high school jazz musicians. The California tower and dome on the horizon sit atop the San Diego Museum of Man, which is devoted to anthropology.
