Friday: Bánh Xèo with nước mắm pha, a ?? Vietnamese rice flour pancake with turmeric and a sour, hot, fishy dipping sauce. My pancake has pork, prawn and mung bean sprouts as the filling, with butter lettuce and fresh mint. You eat this one with your hands ????????????
