Happy new year you lovely people. Not only is this the 1st Jan and a brand new year but a date that marks me staying off the booze for 1 year and 8 months exactly. It continues to be a brilliant and interesting journey and I highly recommend it ?A lot of you will be trying dry January which is a great start but the three month marker is when you will really feel the benefits. And a brilliant aid for your journey. No one said it’s going to be easy but boy it’s worth it ❤️ a few people in response to my posts of me last night were ‘let’s see the after pic’ and ‘let’s see you after it gets messy’ but the pic of me and Julie is waiting for a cab at 1.30am this morning. I no longer have the before and after, I was totally present with the gang of girls I was with and had a blast. The beauty (and I never get over this) that I wake in the morning clear headed, ready for the day. I’m Off on a walk with a mate and feeling fresh for my children’s return home from their Fathers house. I’m not gloating or preaching. Everyone can do what they want with their lives I just wanted to celebrate, show you Catherine’s book and encourage you to have a truly Happy and healthy 2019.
