Tips for getting and staying in shape this year!
➡️workout first thing in the mornings if possible (Make it possible)
➡️Learn to read food labels! This helps you understand portion sizes!
➡️Get enough sleep! Go to bed and wake up at the same time!
➡️Don't aim for perfection, instead strive for progress. follow a program and track your measurables (Take pictures)
➡️Pick a workout you love — that way it doesn't feel like a chore, and it's something you're excited to do. ➡️Workout with a partner or group! stay accountable to you and others!
➡️Meditate! Because our mind is where we fail first! ➡️Remember to work on mobility (foam roll and stretch) incorporate yoga etc.
