大変ご好評をいただいております、八芳園大人の食育セミナー。
第35回目は1月17日(木)「自然栽培の仲間たち」の伊藤さんをお招きします。
最近、「自然栽培」というキーワードを目にする機会が増えてきたのではないでしょうか？
初めて聞いた方は、自然栽培も有機栽培も同じように「体に良い栽培」と言うイメージで、農薬に頼らない農法と思っていらっしゃるかもしれません。

実は自然栽培では肥料にも頼りません。つまり自然栽培とは、「農薬にも肥料にも頼らず、自然の力を活かして育てる農法」なのです。
そして農薬や肥料に頼らないということだけではなく、自然の力を活かして育てている、と言う事を
深く理解すると毎日の生活に役立てる事ができます。

今回のセミナーでは、「自然栽培入門」として自然栽培と有機栽培の違いや、実際の栽培方法、味の違いなどを伊藤さんにご紹介いただく予定です。

We appreciate for so many people participating at
HAPPO-EN's Food education seminar for adult.
On the 35th seminar, taking place on January 17th, Thursday,
we will invite Mr. Ito from the "Friends of the Natural Cultivation." Nowadays, many are hearing the word "Natural Cultivation,"
but for those who haven't, they might get an impression
that "Natural Cultivation" and "Organic Farming" are
commonly only good for health.
Many may know that it's an agricultural method not depending on
a pesticide, but Natural Cultivation does not rely on manure too.
Natural Cultivation is explained as "agricultural methods to make use of power of nature without depending on both pesticide and manure." However, "To make use of power of nature" is more important
than just a fact that it does not depend on a pesticide and manure.
Knowing that deeply is helpful to understand the essence of the Natural Cultivation.
Through this seminar, Mr. Ito will be introducing the
difference between Natural Cultivation and Organic farming, actual cultivation methods, and a difference in taste, as an "Introduction to Natural Cultivation." It will be a seminar, very interesting and easy to understand not only to those of you who have interest in Natural Cultivation, but to all people that may participate for the first time!
