Anyone here do Morning Pages? I’ve been doing them (off and on but mostly on) ever since I first read Julia Camerons THE ARTISTS WAY almost 25 years ago. I started filling up brown craft paper Moleskine notebooks (lined) and never looked back.

When I’m doing them I’m amazed by how great it feels to spend some time each morning without email or insta or anything else (except coffee). Just a pen and paper and 20 minutes to write about whatever comes out. My handwriting isn’t great - and to be honest a lot of the time I cant even read what I’ve written if I go back to it later - but they aren’t meant to be re read. Just to be written.
