Nicholas Brendon is an American actor, writer, and producer best known for playing Xander Harris in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003) and Kevin Lynch in Criminal Minds (2007- 2014). Nicholas is also a New York Times best-selling author for the Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 10 comic books.
Nicholas suffers from depression and tours the country meeting with fans, raising awareness, and sharing experiences to try to fight the stigma of mental illness. He was recently named a “Mental Health Hero” by The Mighty for giving his fans a space to connect and talk about mental health.
The first tour began in January 2018 with a Karaoke event in Boston, Massachusetts and continued on a 30-city cross-country tour ending in March of the same year.
Following from the success of the first road trip, the Kicking Depression Tour continued throughout 2018 with over 200 karaoke and bowling events across the US, the UK, & Ireland.
Starting in January of 2019, Nicholas will continue with his Happiness Runs Amok Tour...because I give amok! with plans to expand to additional cities in the US as well as expanding in Europe, Australia & Asia.
