In my new video, I am talking about very deep and sad subjects, things I kept secret for a really long time. You’ll see in the video, it wasn’t easy to film, I’m loosing my words alot, I think there is just no good way to talk about these subjects. I’m talking about my experience with pregnancy, abortion, mutilation, suicide, but also about my hidden sister and veganism. By posting this video, I’m really hoping my experiences can help you making better decisions. I made really bad decisions that I am still regretting, for almost a year I wasn’t even able to look at myself in a mirror without thinking I’m a monster. I’m still not perfect but those experiences made me become who I am today, I guess I have to be grateful for it. If in any way you need some help, know that there is help. Remember : if you visit a doctor when your body hurts, why don’t you visit a professional when your mind hurts ? Take care of your mental health as much as you would take care of your physical health. Talk with people around you even if it doesn’t look easy, just jump and listen to yourself, don’t let other people control your life.
