Been on a week long retreat in the snow exploring the darker, more subtle parts of the psyche,
Learning about the magic that unfolds from holding presence with these parts,
The magic being feeling more deeply connected to self and to others, of experiencing new openness to the flow of creativity and eros through my body and of feeling my soul come back home to my body in a more complete way.
The more I journey with this type of work, the more I see how powerful it is to become comfortable and honest with discomfort,
To find acceptance and love for the full spectrum of our human experience.
With loving presence, resistance to certain aspects of life and perception of ‘darker’ parts,
Dissolves into new appreciation for them as fruitful keys to access greater light.
There is so much power to be found here.
Returning home to London today, I feel like I am finally here in this human form more than I have been before,
And excited to see how life unfolds from here
