ジャニス ウォンのアートのようなデザートと「ザ・バー」ミクソロジスト里美保子によるカクテルによる、ザ・リッツ・カールトン大阪でしか味わえないマリアージュが実現しました。ワイングラスに入った「オラン ジュエ」は、デザート「ホワイトアスパラガス 小夏」のペアリングカクテル。デザートに使われている日向夏に合わせ、同じ柑橘系のオレンジをベースに仕上げました。最後にシャンパーニュをお客様の前で注ぎ入れることで、シャンパーニュと柑橘の爽やかな香りも共にお愉しみいただけます。
