When looking at a health issue or an emotional situation - ask yourself what is the root cause?
Ask yourself why.
Not to beat yourself up
But to get curious .
Why?
Not feeling well
Connect to yourself
Gently ask yourself why.
Nourish
Emotionally triggered? get curious about that trigger it’s most likely a childhood trigger and meeting it can be the catalyst for true growth and healing .
I’m tired of systems that look to just treat the symptoms.
This world we live in is toxic
How can we eliminate that?
We can’t live in a bubble but we can detox our homes - get rid of toxic cleaners( like get rid of them.)
Make your own - google (Save money as well)
Eat real food
Drink good water
Eliminate stress
We have steered so far from living lives that actually feel good. Our brains cannot keep up with the pace of the internet ( of course)
But the stress on the mind is huge.
Small things can shift that
Take breaks from technology
When feeling overwhelmed Connect to yourself meditate don’t Medicate and be of service .
Connect with friends that when your with them you feel good. Surround yourself with folks who you respect and adore and who feel the same about you .
