Second grade - I’m second row right hand side green dress. I can see each of my kiddos in this pic. My teacher from this grade wrote in my report cards (“Carrie Anne is making good process, but with encouragement can do still better, i believe . She is pleasant and co-operative but needs firm guidance. She needs to work on expression in her oral reading”)
Reading all of my report cards ( thanks mama for keeping them) reminds me that teachers can have a strong impact on our emerging selves as kids. Thanks to all the teachers and to us parents - don’t sweat the small stuff ♥️♥️
