'We spent a few days in #Banff exploring the surrounding regions before making the 3 hour drive to #Jasper. We spent the morning paddling in two-man canoes to Spirit Island in Jasper's Maligne Lake. The paddle is about 3-5 hours in each direction, so make sure you plan accordingly and pack your lunch. There's also a daily boat shuttle that can take you out to Spirit Island, which I'd recommend!' – @king_roberto
