「ワールドエアロプレスチャンピオンシップ2014」で日本人として初優勝の偉業を成し遂げた、佐々木修一氏がオーナーを務めるコーヒースタンド。

「スペシャルティコーヒーを、特別ではなく、日常へ。」がコンセプト。
生産国より大切に届けられた個性溢れるコーヒー豆。その素材本来の味を引き出すため、コーヒー豆が"コーヒー"に変わる最後までこだわっている。

■PASSAGE COFFEE (@passagecoffee)
Mr. Shuichi Sasaki is this shop’s owner. 
He is a champion of "Japanese Aero Press Championship 2014". 

"Specialty coffee, not special, to everyday" it’s his shop’s concept.
Coffee beans full of individuality delivered carefully from the producing country. 
In order to bring out the original taste of the material, they are particular about the last time coffee beans turn into "coffee".
