Some of you may deal well with push-ups, me not ?Usually girls need patience to train away this physical deficit. To keep motivation high, I vary the poses from a short to a high arm-span. Besides all, the most essential factor is to keep the core engaged, abs strained and shoulders upright.

One more tip: Occasionally my wrist hurts me and I opt to practice them with my fist. However, stretching and cycling the wrist before doing push-ups help my arms get ready for the workout and my wrist issue ameliorates. So girls, let's "hop" into training and get stronger ? ?
