On February 18, 1943, Sophie Scholl, her brother Hans, and their friend Christoph were arrested for distributing anti-Nazi literature at their university in Munich. It was the early days of opposition to Hitler within Germany. At the Scholls' show trial, the judge didn't give the defendants a chance to speak. So Sophie yelled.
“Somebody had to make a start,” she shouted. “What we wrote and said is also believed by many others. They just don’t dare express themselves as we did.”
She and her brother were executed a few days later. Their words lived on. A copy of their final leaflet was smuggled out of the country and reprinted in the UK as "The Manifesto of the Students of Munich." A few months after the Scholl siblings died, Allied planes dropped millions of copies over Germany.
Today, Sophie is known within Germany as a hero who stood up for what was right with unflinching bravery. She should be better known outside of it, too.

I see what you’re doing here. Interesting use of propaganda. Worry not America, the current administration is nothing like the Nazi’s. Nazi’s - were socialist Nazi’s - took away gun rights & gun’s from the citizens. Nazi’s- took away free speech at university & everywhere else. Nazi’s - used the media to spread propaganda & used cartoon characterizations of Jews as less than human & as jokes. Nazi’s - Marked Jewish business for harassment & attacks. Nazis - encouraged their supporters to harass & attack anyone who spoke out against them. Only one party is doing all of the above here in America. I hate to say it, but I will. The left is all about the above mentioned. I was raised & surrounded by JFK Democrat’s, that party doesn’t exist anymore. JFK would be shunned for his love of country and other positions he took. A lingering ghost of what was good, haunts us older folk. But those who refuse to be led into disaster for the sake of the party, have moved on, we’re as they say “ woke” The New Democrat party has a socialist agenda, anti free speech, anti gun, anti any other thought than their own. Anti constitutional sentiment swirls all around the party. The party has elected several congress women who spew anti Semitic rhetoric and the party refuses to condemn them by name. The only element missing from the New Democrat party is love for country. It’s was sad to see you & others go down with this ship in the desire for power.

I feel like your giving too much credit to Sophia I can assure anyone there were people who did the same. She was also not the only one involved as you said her brother Hans had a profound impact on that peic of literature.
