Hard work and dedication is a talent on its own. You have to do the things other people he won’t do, when they stop you keep going, dedication is not a job it’s a way of life, every failure has a story, a success story just takes longer to write. There are so many things I want to do that I have not done yet, but that it what is exciting about life, the next opportunity awaits. At ever corner we are faced with a choice next time the choice comes to chase your dream or be tempted to do something that takes away from it choose fate, choose you, you won’t regret it. Tonight is the Oscars when I was a kid my dream was always to make movies I used to tell my mom when I was 6 years old to call Steven Spielberg and tell him I wanted to make a movie. So tonight when you see someone win an award just know it took them a life time to get to that podium. What is your dream?

animafotografie My dream arrived recently & totally unexpectedly in late middle age. Never thought it would. Y’sed I’ve lived in fear from the age it first occurred (age 11), until he died in 2014 when I was 51. Then it got even worse for about three years but just last Saturday I met two police detectives to talk things through. It’s been miraculously getting better for the last couple of years but now I feel it’s not just a temporary illusory happiness like so many times before (Bipolar Disorder is a False Dawn Generator par excellence). And becoming that bad Buddhist two years ago allowed me to start draining the swamp of hatred & bitterness & shame & regret for the loss of the person I might have become. Now I’m just proud of the survivor that I am, with access to vast reserves of compassion for others, & somehow still in possession of a living family & many loving friends despite everything...wasn’t planning on writing a word of that but timing is everything they say in life! 🙏
