I often take Monday’s off because I usually teach on the weekends. I need one day each week where I have full permission to loaf around. Do you give yourself one full day off each week? If not, try it. You might find it liberating.

Following my day off mentality, I don’t have too much to say. But I do have a question. I have been traveling and teaching workshops for a long time. Are you interested in diving deeper into the practice with me?

I’ll be in Michigan this weekend @hilltopyoga Come practice if you’re nearby. Then I’m back in Miami for a one week Mysore Retreat. I I can’t tell you how much I’m looking forward to spending a week with a dedicated group of students. Two more one week courses are on the program in Miami this year, one in August and one in November. Details on @miamilifecenter Do you want to join?
