When it comes to cooking, the words “quick” and “healthy” don’t always go together. My homemade flatbread is an exception to this rule. Packed with spinach, chicken, red peppers and cheese, this recipe is perfect for recovering after a long day in the gym. Check out the recipe below!

Ingredients
.
1 Flatbread or tortilla ( I used a Flatout: ProteinUp Carb Down flatbread )
1/2 chicken breast chopped up small
1/4 Red pepper diced
Handful of Spinach
Feta sprinkled on top
Grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Light BBQ sauce 1 tablespoon .

Instructions
.
1) Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
2) Evenly spread BBQ sauce across flatbread
3) Place ingredients on top of flatbread, being sure to put the cheese on last
4) Place flatbread in oven, bake until crust is crispy and beginning to brown
5) Briefly turn oven to broil in order to melt cheese
6) Remove flatbread from oven, let cool, then enjoy!
