funkmasterjca I purchased a ticket 2 weeks ago when i was in the philippines inside the airport i paid full cash amount and asked for my refund . I was told you cnt give my cash back and i need to go to the makati branch, when im actually inside the airport waiting to get in a flight. Also, they told me I will get it bck in 2 weeks. I spoke with different customer service and they told me ur financial team refunded me on my account and I called my bank here in US and there was no refun at all. You guys need to fix this ive been waiting for long time.
