This windy and moody rooftop parking structure photo was something we captured just on the way to the gym. Forever reminding me to pack our camera with us no matter where we’re going! Now, does anyone have any words of motivation for working out? I’m trying to focus more on health and wellness before our upcoming trip - and to get in better shape for the amount of walking (and ? + ?) we will be doing in Italy. How do you self motivate?

Yoga stretch classes. 3 x a week and your body will transform! Your get core and endurance and mindfulness - if you have a Yoga Six near you they have a class at 7 pm every night - Core Power has Core Restore as well- seriously will change your body / mind / life. And it’s peaceful not to mentioned the adorable outfits like the ones I sent ! Enjoy

I think the trick is to find a type of exercise that you enjoy. Okay maybe ENJOY is a strong word, but at least appreciate. Running and weights aren’t for everyone. Try different classes and formats until you find something you can do without dreading it. Also, cute workout clothes help ☺️

@prettylittlefawn Having a gym buddy is vital for me. Especially one who doesn’t dread working out and will go with or without me. Preparing a recovery treat for post-workout is also a great incentive.

I’ve found that the best for my body and mind is just walking! I think of the sights and smells on my walk, and the nice cup of tea I get when I’m back! Earl grey and a biscuit is a great motivator 😂

I think it’s about doing it for the right reasons, and focusing on those reasons. Is it about losing weight? Getting stronger? Feeling better? Pick something specific and let it fuel you!
