A life of perpetual motion. At the heart of any expedition is unique cultural experiences, colorful personalities and my least favorite part - moving an inordinate amount of equipment through heavy travel sequences. Inevitably it’s well over a thousand pounds of baggage toted from vans, planes, boats, kayaks and eventually your back - getting the gear on location is often the most laborious part. The silver lining is that for a photographer and film maker, these moments are rich with opportunity. Here’s a carousel of life in transit on an expedition to #Greenland a couple years back, a tiny vignette of our 40 day expedition to climb and unnamed technical peak.
