Shaking off those “screaming barfies...” who else has had these? I have terrible circulation in my extremities but I love playing in winter conditions... the struggle can get real! I find good friends that make me laugh warm up my core, which generates some enhanced blood flow to my fingers (?!). Haha! Thanks for the good day @pete.hoang ?

Do you have Raynaud's disease? It's mad annoying when my fingers start turning white in spots or random finger/s under 50 degrees (no joke)... but my hands stay dry in the summer so it's a trade off 👍

Great shot! If you talking about hands cramping like crazy I know what you mean I get that after not rock climbing for a while

Screaming barfies are the WORST! And it always seems to strike at some critical point in the climb 🙄.
