From Madrid to London - #IWD2019
To celebrate International Women’s Day, the LVMH group and its Maisons organized a series of event from one side of the world to the other.
In Madrid, about 140 talents of LVMH were reunited to discuss about EllesVMH and the “50/50 by 2020” objective (50% women in top management positions by 2020).
In Paris, @ルイ・ヴィトン teams participated to a Lunch debate during which they discussed equal pay, women in workspace, how to reconcile private and professional life…
In London, the objective was three-fold: to bring together senior leaders around a “Wake Up Call Assembly Lunch”, secondly to sensitise the audience to the impact and benefits of EllesVMH, and thirdly, to inspire and inform through a speaker session on Wellbeing as an essential lever to sustainable emotional and physical resilience, fulfilment and success.
